Harry’s Holiday Units Terms and Conditions:

Rates/Tariffs
All tariffs are quoted in Australian dollars.
Tariffs are for 2 People only for each accommodation. Additional people can stay at an additional rate of $30.00 per person, up to a maximum of 4 people.
Fresh linen is provided.

Deposits & Full Payments
A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid immediately by credit card to secure a booking.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

If payment by cheque, cash, money order or direct deposit is required please telephone 61 3 5952 6226 to make booking.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds
The deposit is refundable, less $50.00 administration levy, only if a cancellation or transfer is more than 14 days prior to arrival date.

If less than 14 days from arrival date we will endeavour to rebook the accommodation, if successful full payment/deposit will be refunded less $50.00 administration levy.

If rebooking is unsuccessful Harry’s Holiday Units will retain the full amount.
If guests don’t arrive for booking, no refund is given.
Transfers can only be made to available times and apartments to the value of their current booking. Any upgrades, or increase in tariffs, must be covered by the guest

Minimum Night Bookings
2 night minimum on weekends applies at most times.
3 Nights - long weekends.
4 Nights - Easter break
4 Nights - Melbourne cup
4 Nights – Moto GP
4 Nights - Super Bikes
4 Nights – V8 Super Cars

Check In and Check Out Times
Check in time is from 3.00pm to 8.00pm. Unless by prior arrangement.
Check out time is 10.00am earlier check in and later check out can be purchased as an extra.

Smoking
Harry’s Holiday Units endorses a strictly NO SMOKING policy inside the luxury accommodation. Outside each suite sand pots are provided for the use as ash trays. (The garden and car park are not ash trays.) If smoke is detected inside the accommodation your credit card will be debited for the extra cleaning costs and lost availability.

Pets
Unfortunately Harry’s Holiday Units cannot accommodate pets.

Noise
Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

Visitors
Guests who wish to have visitors must prearrange with reception, visitors must be checked in with reception, and this is to ensure the privacy and security of the other guests. Visitors must agree to terms and conditions. The maximum number of people to occupy Harry’s Holiday units at any one time should not exceed 4. If overcrowding should occur you will be in breach of contract and your tenancy will be immediately terminated. Harry’s Holiday units is let solely for residential holidaying purposes only. Large group celebrations, parties and weddings, functions of any kind will not be tolerated. You will be in breach of contract and your tenancy immediately terminated.

Additional Costs
Harry’s Holiday Units reserves the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, damaged or stolen property, or bar stock, or if smoking inside accommodation.

Additional Cleaning Costs
You will be charged additional cleaning costs if suite is left in a dirty state.
