Located on the first floor of the Bayside Apartment complex, it has an unsurpassed view of Cowes main beach, Westernport Bay, French Island and the Mornington Peninsula.  

North facing beaches are rare in Australia, and an expansive balcony view of Cowes beach can only be experienced from Harry's Restaurant.  Patrons can dine inside or out, both options offering the same stunning view.  The balcony can be covered or open, depending on the weather, making it a year round venue.
