Harry has a strong philosophy when it comes to his menu.
European inspired dining using local, natural and authentic produce.
It is this philosophy that drives Harry to the markets, docks and farms in the region to personally select the ingredients. The menu is then developed from what was bought, ensuring every last offering on the menu meets the strict criteria of Harry.
The menu changes as the produce changes.
What can be sourced from the boats, paddocks and fields is added; what is no longer available is removed.
Seasonally, Harry has an understanding of what tastes best and when it is at its best. He uses this knowledge to develop an ever changing and extensive menu.
